<p>Maintenant, c&#8217;est au tour du Choix du Président de Loblaw de lancer sa ligne de produits fins à la ligne épurée par une nouvelle signature &laquo;&nbsp;Tout de noir&nbsp;&raquo; généralement associé aux produits fins en alimentation, le &laquo;&nbsp;top du top&nbsp;&raquo;, une niche de produits de provenance artisanal  ou encore avec des saveurs exceptionnelles. Une nouvelle gamme de plus de 200 produits fins qui s&#8217;adresse tout spécialement aux épicuriens. De la compétition pour nos boutiques et épiceries fines de quartier. Est-ce que Loblaw réussira son pari d&#8217;attirer le 15-20%  des consommateurs à la recherche de produits plus haut de gamme? La stratégie apparaît bonne car pourquoi ne pas profiter de la visite en supermarché du consommateur pour lui en offrir plus, lui, qui manque toujours de temps pour tout..un dossier à suivre!</p>

<p>Selon <em>NetTendance 2010</em>, on compterait  plus de 142 millions de blogues sur le Web et 95 000 nouveaux blogues seraient créés toutes les 24 heures. Le Québec, quoiqu&#8217;il me semble en retard dans le marché du blogue, pourrait grandement profiter de l&#8217;engouement de ce média social  pour fin de communication marketing en entreprise. Il est une très bon outil pour dialoguer avec ses clients ou encore démontrer ses compétences (surtout les entreprises de services par exemple un bureau de comptable). En 2010, selon l&#8217;étude de <em>NeTendance 2010</em> réalisé par le CEFRIO, 2,3 millions de québécois ont consulté des blogues. Ce n&#8217;est pas rien et on  prévoit une croissance soutenue pour les prochaines années.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Je viens de prendre connaissance de la récente étude publié par <em>NETendances 2010</em> réalisé par la CEFRIO en collaboration avec Léger marketing sur l&#8217;explosion des médias sociaux au Québec. Un document très pertinent et rapide à consulter.</p>

<p>À la lecture du document, je constate que le <em>s-commerce</em> (s pour le côté &laquo;&nbsp;social&nbsp;&raquo;) des médias sociaux explosent littéralement. Nous savons tous que les jeunes de 18 à 24 ans font une utilisation beaucoup plus intensives des site de réseautages tels que Facebook, Twitter, MySpace ou Linkedln que la génération des 35-54 ans. Mais cette année, l&#8217;étude du CEFRIO démontre une arrivée massive de ce groupe d&#8217;âge avec les plus forts taux de croissance en 2010, soit plus de 15% et une utilisation moins intensive par le groupe d&#8217;âge des 18-24 ans. Un fait extrêmement intéressant et qui pourrait influencer les stratégies de communication des PME par rapport aux différents sites de réseautage.</p>
<p>Peu de PME utilisent Facebook (à peine 6%) et encore moins un blogue  (5%).  Par contre, les recommandations et opinions diverses émises sur Internet influencent 74% des personnes qui les lisent selon l&#8217;étude réalisée en mars 2010. Est-ce que la PME d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui peut réellement se passer des médias sociaux dans sa stratégie de communication? Et bien, je répondrais que cela dépend de votre situation dans le marché, votre clientèle cible, vos produits, etc. En sommes, oui, il faut penser à faire parti de ces sites de réseautage, mais ceux-ci ne sont peut-être pas  adaptés  à votre entreprise à court terme. Cela peut ne pas convenir à vos produits ou services que vous offrez dans le marché ou encore de votre positionnement stratégique, et sans compter que tout cela &laquo;&nbsp;prend du temps&nbsp;&raquo;.</p>
<p>À mon avis, il est important de faire une bonne analyse de votre marché et de votre positionnement avant de se lancer dans l&#8217;aventure. Un fait demeure: La PME d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui n&#8217;a pas le choix de démontrer de l&#8217;ouverture d&#8217;esprit, d&#8217;encourager la communication dans les deux sens et démontrer une grande ouverture d&#8217;esprit à l&#8217;approche collaborative. Par contre, tout cela est bien vrai, mais les dirigeants de PME sont souvent débordés, et n&#8217;ont pas toujours le temps pour tenir à jour les différents médias sociaux à leur porter..pas plus qu&#8217;ils n&#8217;ont le personnel interne pour le faire..y faut donc parfois se donner du temps avant de se lancer dans l&#8217;aventure, mais les PME n&#8217;auront pas le choix de suivre car la tendance <strong><em>s-commerce</em></strong> est là pour rester! Simplement à penser aux nombres de visionnement de vidéo corporatif sur You Tube pour vous en convaincre&#8230;</p>

Il semble que tous les canadiens apprécient aussi de comprendre les étiquettes sur les emballages des produits alimentaires.</p>

<p>En effet, une récente étude, réalisée par TSN Canadian Facts montrent que 86% des canadiens aimeraient que les entreprises soient plus transparentes quant à leurs listes d&#8217; ingrédients. Je décode: les consommateurs veulent manger des aliments avec des ingrédients simples (qu&#8217;ils peuvent prononcer le nom) et le moins chimique possible.</p>
<p>Encore un petit coup de pouce à nos artisans québécois de la terre! ET vous, <em>les localvores</em>, n&#8217;oubliez pas de lire l&#8217;étiquette nutrionnelle avant de faire vos achats!</p>
